Bought a broken scooter and was led to believe a part was coming. That was 2 months ago, they charged my account and still no part. This company is a joke and PEP BOYS helps them bend people over. I hope the owner goes to jail for credit card fraud. GO WITH THE RAZOR ELECTRIC SCOOTER!!! They are durable and aren't sent out broken in the box.
