Our organization utilized TNT to vessel stock from China towards the US. We decided to the support for that cargo, obtained the shipment in a regular way and signed-off about the contracted quantity and settled it quickly.

We subsequently established with TNT to vessel more stock of similar-size and worth to and in the same locations; TNT wound up getting many weeks longer to provide and 1 / 2 of the stock was dropped and came broken. They never supplied an account for the organization to sign-off on upon the appearance of the cargo and today they're challenging a sizable cost from us which we DEFINITELY DIDN'T ACCEPT.
