Earlier this week, I had a wheel alignment done by Ramona Tire, Palm Desert, that is a franchise of Firestone. I have an unlimited alignment package. The next day I drove 400 miles to Vegas, and the car pulled to the right significantly. I have never had this problem before when I had my alignments done by Firestone corporate locations. I went into a Firestone dealer when I got back. I explained the pulling issue and they realigned the car. The service manager informed me that the
alignment was done poorly, with many degrees off the norm. I asked them to rotate the tires, but they could not because the lock nuts for the car were broken by the last mechanic, (most likely Ramona tire). I now have to purchase new lock nuts in order to get the tires rotated. The manager also informed me that he had to correct many other poor jobs done by Ramona tire.
