Im writing this consumer complaints for my Best Friend because he is so angry with Reedman Toll Fiat nearly 2 weeks after his purchase of a 2012 Fiat Abarth. My friend Abarthvin313 has purchased over 20 new cars mostly Mercedes Benz, Ferrari, and Lamborghini in the past 10 years and has never been treated with such disrespect and flat out abuse while taking delivery of a new car.

Heres how the story goes:

He purchased a 2012 Fiat 500 Sport approx. One year ago when the Fiat just hit the US market. Reedman Toll was the only Dealership in the Region that stocked this model, so he drove over 2 hours to do business with them. His Salesperson was Bob Nieves from Reedman Toll. He paid full sticker and drove away. Then the news of a high-performance Abarth model was releases and my friend ordered a fully loaded Abarth on the first day of ordering approx.
6 months ago. He made several calls to Bob Nieves over the past few months checking on order status and trade value of his 2012 500 Sport, only to be told your car is being built and we will do whatever is necessary to make your deal work good for you. Wow, that turned out to be a load of crap.

On May 8th my friend drove to Reedman Toll Fiat to make the trade and pick up the Abarth, but he got a rude awakening from his Salesperson and his General Sales Manager.instead of greeting him as a Repeat Valued Client, Bob Nieves and his Manager began the conversation with we hope you back out of the deal so we can sell YOUR Abarth to someone else for $5,000 over MSRP! Yep, Bob and his Manager tried every way possible to take his Abarth from him BEFORE the first drive! They continued to say youre too smart for us and we would like you to cancel your deal. So, when my friend persisted to make his case that HIS Abarth was ordered, built and delivered to Reedman Toll for him, Bob decided to lower the trade value for the 2012 Fiat 500 Sport to $13,500 which was $1,500 less than he was offered by a Fiat Dealer in Maryland just 1 week prior for same Abarth that someone cancelled the purchase on. But my friend wanted to stay loyal to Reedman Toll (that was a mistake).

He finally got out of the Dealership with the Abarth, but it took 3 hours, he lost $1,500 on his trade and he was treated with total disrespect over a $26,500 car! Not a Ferrari, Benz or Lamborghini-a Fiat. But heres the best part of the screw job from Reedman Toll - the delivered the Abarth with NO Air Conditioning! Thats right; Bob and his Manager were so busy trying to get him to back out that the Abarth was never checked from the Factory. It was dirty, full of scratches and given to him with no new car orientation, thank you or anything.

So, PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid Reedman Toll Fiat of Langhorne PA, Bob Nieves and his General Sales Manager at all costs-go to Jeff Dxxxxx in Downingtown PA-see Exxxx Flxxxx and you will be treated with plenty of respect and gratitude.

P.S. - Edgar just got the Abarth A/C fixed and he threw in a $599 Paint sealant protection just to make a New Customer for Life!
