Flowers were dehydrated, slightly brown, many leaves physically bent/damaged and one of the - Bloomex flowers

Anches was INFESTED WITH BUGS.
I contacted them within hours of delivery. I had to dispose of this $80 gift immediately to prevent contamination of my other house plants.
Bloomex is refusing a refund. We'll see what Mastercard has to say about that.
