From reading complaints on the internet and my own experience with massive LIES involving 4 Wheel Parts, I came to the conclusion that when something goes wrong at 4 Wheel Parts, "It's Not Their Fault."
They will often try to stick the customer with re-shipping costs and rental car bills because it eats into their profit margin too much... Bottom line.
They also do not like to answer consumer complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau because they cannot make the customer pay for re-shipping and rental car bills. They have an Unsatisfactory Record in CA, WA, and FL.
I purposely left out major items in my complaint to catch them lying to the Better Business Bureau www.bbb.org / about 4 Wheel Parts severly trashing the engine on my brand new $55,000.00 truck, which only had 6,000 miles.
The corporate lawyer answered the BBB below:
While Mr. Reeves did purchase certain parts and labor from 4 Wheel Parts, we have no credible evidence that any portion of the parts and/or labor so provided was done in a negligent or improper manner. We have tried to work with Mr. Reeves regarding the alleged problems he is encountering, but to no Avail.
This lawyer must have been dropped as a child repeatedly because he neglected to
read his own mechanics write ups which stated that there were several problems with my truck.
The lawyers response also states, "We have tied to work with Mr. Reeves regarding the ALLEGED problems he is encountering."
What the lawyer is actually saying is, "We have spent our mechanics valuable time looking for ALLEGED problems, meaning problems that are not there in order to accomodate him."
So, I mailed in all my ASC certified mechanic write ups along with theirs to the BBB that 4 Wheel Parts made, "Improper Installations, " which turned my brand new trucks engine into a grenade of shrapnel.
The Better Business Bureau got so upset for being lied too, that they opened up their entire file of complaints, looked for complaints that were the same and rewrote 4 wheel parts' Company Reliability Report available at www.labbb.org.
The corporate lawyer didn't stop there, oooooohhhhhhhhhh no. He actually began to slander me to Bureau of Automotive Repair Agent in charge of my case, he got caught trying very hard to affect the outcome of the final report against 4 Wheel Parts.
That's what this company is, this is what this company does when they mess up.
I am ashamed that this comapny flies the American Flag.
