I am having an issue with my 2011 Sonata GLS with the Dimension stereo, I am on my second one already and it went bad again for the same reason the first one did, NO audio at all, I opened case 4577379 with Hyundai customer Care, the car has 53,000 miles on it and the first radio was replaced at 24,000 miles and the second one started going bad at 35,000 miles (still covered) BUT because it wasn't dead like it is now they couldn't replace the radio BUT now it IS dead and no one will help me, this is a expensive radio and I cannot afford a new one. Please help me it seems like a no brainer yet I am being shut out because of the miles it has now. I have documented proof from the dealer (Paramus Hyundai) that the car was brought in under warranty yet was not fixed and was told to bring it bad when it goes again but it totally went after the warranty expired. Coincidentally they DID replace the amplifier which WAS covered under the 6/60,000 warranty.
