I bought my car from them on March 1st 2012. My check engine light came on, on march 28th. I took my car back to see what the problem was before my 30 day warranty was up and they were not trying to help me resolve the issue. I then pursued the issue and they agreed to pay for the part (an O2 sensor) and told me to find someone to put it on. Well the way I see it is, you bought the part, I bought the car from you so it should be in your hands to fix the issue. It became an issue due to the old 02 sensor being wedged in and they refused to be apart of fixing my car. They said they would not be responsible for whatever went wrong. The guy Ken, pretty much said he would give me 20.00 towards the repair? And then told me the reason was because I got a steal on the car. Well if thats the case you shouldnt have made the deal to begin with. I would easily return the car that was about to be a headache for me and receive mt $11,000 check back that I payed the car off with up front. I just feel like they do not live up to their agreement. So if anyone decides to go here, make sure you have all of your papers and also get things in writing from these people. They will claim to have the inspection sticker days after you purchase the car because at the moment they cant locate it. Your files might be sitting on their floor also. So watch out for giving them any confidential information if you care about your personal things laying around. Watch out for these cowards!!!
