I called "Detail Pros" about getting my nice white mustang detailed. Which consist of the following: A hand wash, 'shampooed carpets', interior cleaned, and i opted to have compound and wax job done. Told me it was going to be around 200 plus tax. Which is pretty high but i thought i give it a shot, since they are "Detail pros". I dropped my car off at around 11 am. Steve said that it would only take 2-3 hours and that he would give me a call when its done. 4 hours later i came to pick up my car which had little 'oily splatters' all over it. I had asked Steve what that was and he claimed that 'it was just part of the paint' as he was wiping it off my car. He then begin to tell me how he 'put several coats of compound and wax on my car' which is absolutely ridiculous. He put my 'shampooed mats' in my trunk. When I opened my truck the smell was awful, keep in mind i keep my car clean. It smelt almost like strong degreaser for a kitchen stove. I'm not going to begin to mention all the obvious spots they missed. Cutting to the chase I will never get my vehicles detailed at "Detail Pro's" and I don't think anybody else should either.
