In March I travel to Houston to drop off my 1991 Chevy that would be my final return for repairs that had not been finished. While dropping off my 1991 Chevy I wanted to see a vehicle that I was told about a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder that was for sale. I was looking for a vehicle for my wife.
I talk to Daniel Galvan the owner of Madd Max & TC Wrecker about the 2001 Pathfinder. Daniel told me he just got it repo and original was going to sell it for $6,000 but agreed to sell it for $4,000. I told him my wife would agree pay 150 a month. I had to get things done before I could leave. I replace windshield, AC and install alarm system. Before I left I paid for temporary tags and inspection sticker.
Mr. Galvan told me it would take a few weeks when he would be able to get all the papers together. Until then he would let me know when to return so my wife can sign all the documents.
I agreed and drove off with the 2001 Nissan Pathfinder March 17.
I kept calling and emailing him after 2 weeks and asked him why was it taken so long.in April he sent me a agreement but I was unable to print it out and he had wrong information of the amount and terms. I made the correction and emailed him back for his approval. He never replied. Finally we received the clear title in June. My wife started her payment agreement with Mr. Daniel Galvan.
Months later we had a family disagreement and he demanded that we pay him the remainder of the balance. He started his demand letters even thought we were paying him. He even did not want to deposit our payments. He thought by not depositing our payment he could take us to court and win.
He filed in small claim court in Houston in July 1 and is still pending.
Since then he has slander myself and all my family. He is so desperate that he has made false reports. Which Mr. Daniel Galvan was harassing me at work that I had to resign from my 6 years employment?
I filed a complaint with the DMV which they asked me to file a complaint with the OCCC. The OCCC found that he is not register with any agency to sale or finance any vehicle in Texas. The DMV original concluded that he was cleared. But they were lied to and they are in the process of reopening my complaint.
I did my own investigation and found that is not register with the Texas Tow service in Texas. He is also not certified to do any auto repairs in Houston. Of course these are my opinion in what I found through the internet and in the Houston County clerk office and all Texas agencies. I have more details that will be disclosed in our pending court case.
I have another usacomplaints.com complaint with this same person for the 1991 Chevy which he was suppose to repairs 3 items only and he suing me on that too. He also claims I stole a computer he asked me to repair which was return without doing the repairs because he did not want to pay for the repairs. I just return it. But with Mr. Daniel Galvan is so desperate that he now claims I stole it!
Now he claiming that Im harassing him and has made a false report with the Houston Police.
I recommend that everyone stay away from this business. If he could do this to his own brother image what he will do to you. He has also rip off lots of other family members and people in Houston.
