Auto Max in Tuscaloosa allowed someone to buy a car in my mother name. MY mother has been blind since 95. Credit Acceptance sued my mother, they took her to court for 2 yrs. Credit acceptance lawyer realize that the signature was not her. They didn't appologize, they didn't compensate her. They did nothing!
