They will not call you back and I have been trying for a month to contact someone who will and can help me with obtaining my tilte and a letter showing that i paid off my auto loan. The people who work for this company are very rude, nasty, and very insufficeint with attitudes. When pay off your auto loan you should recieve credit and your title to your car not in your credit report showing like you still owe. There is something terriblely wrong there with that company.
