I ordered a special finishing wax polish from the company's website and paid for it thru Pay Pal. No product received... After two weeks I sent an email as to when I could expect delivery. Although they took my money, the Company said they do not carry the product anymore but would mix some up and send it that Friday... Well, no product... More emails... They said they were too busy and also looking for a box to ship it in. This was 35 days later! Now 47 days later... I protested too late to Pay Pal... After my protest the company owner Mik Cassidy resorted to name calling in his emails. Here is one of their typical email responses. Cut and paste and direct quote:
"do you want the wax? If so it is boxed and will ship tomorrow you need to withdraw your complaint with pay pal. We dont sell this and we made some for you if you want to be a snivelling b*ch be our guest. MIK CASSIDY" after my protest to Pay Pal... Bill waldron is a sniveling b*ch we will never do business with "her" either. I stayed professional with no juvenile name calling. Two years ago, I paid a large sum to have a motorcycle fuel tank painted by this company. It came back with a totally different scheme than the one I ordered and paid in advance for... At that time my business kept me too busy to send it back, etc. I complained and their comment was that sometimes those things happen. I should not have given this company a second chance... My mistake. I have kept copies of the emails if any one else has larger legal issues. I will gladly furnish these for their use.
