I wanted to warn anyone trying to do business with Colorful Impressions. DO NOT conduct business with them. After my ordeal, I believe they have no real product. I purchased 2 window clings from their website for a customer renovation project. Order was placed on Nov 2. They took my full payment upfront. After a week, I received no order info. After this time, I send numerous emails. It took days to get a response back from June (the owner). I was told that my window clings would ship before Thanksgiving, and she gave excuses about being so busy.
The email stated I would have it before Thanksgiving and she would get on it ASAP (her words). Thanksgiving came and gone with no product. I sent emails and again no responses for days. I finally get another email from June, and she states my order would ship the next Monday (no problem!), and the clings were curing. Well, Monday passed and no order information. I email again on Wednesday to get a status. I am told again that it would be done and ship that week. Again, it does not, and June emails me back saying "she will get to the bottom of the issue and does not understand why it did not ship from her painters".
No emails or return phone calls until Dec 1st, where I find out that no work had been done at ALL! They had not even started my window cling. Come to find out, this company has a terrible Better Business Bureau record and They have many complaints filed. Finally, I get a response. June (the owner) states she is the only one person (lied about checking with others) and she is too busy and will only refund my money. I did get it back my refund after almost one month later.in the meantime, I have filled a claim with the BBB and a local WA attorney. I want to ensure that June is not ripping off other consumers who get so tired of her lies that they just forget about their order.
