He took my deposit for a paint job and did not deliever anything. I went through a long string of emails with excuses about paint samples etc. He promised a refund which I did not get.
I filed a court case and police report. Results are pending.
He will string you out past the Ebay and PayPal fileing dates so they will not help you.
He sells on Ebay.
