So i take my car into midas repair shop, from seeing the commercials and how 'honest' they really are is a crock of shit, i took my car in because my sway bars were making a weird sound, tech told me i needed new sway bars for the front and new links but the backs he could not get because i had to get them for the dealership but he said the fronts are what needs replaced, i said thanks for your honesty go ahead and do it, after completion there was no sound!!!
The bill was around $400. So afterwards i went to the dealership and they said if its making the sound i described they said all i needed were the links!!! (note-the cheaper part) so i say ok, take my car to one of friends houses and he has had several mx-6's and knows everything about them he said midas RIPPED U OFF!!! So i call and they give me the run around, nothing happens.
Months later my car when coming to a stop my car was making a weird sound on the passenger front tire, took the car to midas and they said a bolt came out of the caliper, and the bolt can be bought from the dealership, every bolt i got from dealership and NAPA was the wrong one, eventually got one for free at a junkyard, but midas are *ssholes and would not put it in, and they also charged me 60 dollars for the time they did not even take to take off the wheel and figure out the problem, michael rivers the manager said tough shit, i said nice free brake inspection u guys advertise, DOWN WITH MIDAS, BURN THOSE MOTHERS TO THE GROUND.
