I had taken my 1998 hundai elantra to midas for brake svc in feb. Of 2000. I had noticed that my brakes still made a really bad noise after just a month. I took my car back to them & was advised by them that it just needed brake fluids. It is now july 25 and my car is making a very bad sound, so i take my car to a hundai dealership & was advised this morning that who every did my brakes—which was midas had put my right brake on backwards & did not fix the left one at all, which is the reason my car has been acting up all this time. I am really upset about this that we pay out money to have things repaired & get ripped-off. I will be going up to midas today to inform them of the problem that have caused me & my car. Just be carefull when having your car repaired or anything else, because there are a lot of dishonest places out there.
