Greater metro automotive funding lied, cheated, trespassed, steal money, accept no responsibility, disrespectful

I purchased a car through a dealer about a month ago, I have had some financial trouble in the past due to the economy and my credit took the hit, needing a vehicle I had no choice but to go to an in house financing dealer in the hopes of getting back on my feet and trying to start the repair process on my life. At first it seemed like I just walked into the best place ever someone that was going to give me a chance and fund me for a much needed auto loan. I traded in a paid off car which I was given 1000 dollars for and agreed to put down an additional 500 dollars cash. I didnt have the full 500 that day so they asked if I could put 300 down that day and pay the other 200 in 2 weeks. Sure I said I can do that. Well we went about completing the deal and I askedif they could replace the 2 front tires on the car as they looked a little worn, and if they could align the car cause it pulled a little bit. The dealer aggreed and we went about the deal. Now here is where the problems start. Not even 1 day later I returned with the vehicle because it wad smoking under the hood and the suspension was making noise along with the powet steering I asked them to look at the problem and please fix it as it was in the 15 day warranty period they put on the. While they did this I asked them to have it aligned and put the tires on as agreed. They said they would and kept the car for 4 days. When I got the car back I drove it for about 2 days and my tire blew out on the freeway the one that they just replaced. Called the dealer and they would not replace the tire cause they already did... Power steering pump, making all kinds of noise and is leaking fluid everywhere. No one wants to cover it. Car is aligned but the steering wheel sits of centered even now after being realigned 3 times. But back to the day after the tire blows... I come outside to go to work and the car is gone. Thinking it just got stolen I call the police and report it and then the dealer to make sure for sone odd reason they dont have it. Sure enough to my surprise it was reposessed, why I ask and she says very rude, due to non payment of your down money. Mind you I have had the car for 10 days 4 of which it was in the shop with them, I said I had 2 weeks to pay the 200 its only been 10 days, they decided to put an earlier date on the papers and tell me a full 2 weeks after arguing for a long time I asked if I could come pay the 200 dollars and get my car back because clearly their was miscommunication across the board. She kept saying NO NO NO. Too bad your loss. Finally after speaking to the GM of the dealership I was able to pick up the car as long as I paid them 200 down plus the repo fee of 150 dollars. Very frustrated and needing my car back I paid the fees. After talking with the finance company they said they tried to call me countless times. Never had a missed call or VM, and I also provided them with 10 references so they could get a hold of me plus my work number... None of which were called, thry also said that I personally called them and said I was in jail for domestic violence and I lost my job and my home and I would no longer be able to pay for the car so to just get it, by now im very mad because this sounds like a crazy story that they made up to cover their but. They are unable to verify any of that conversation and basicly told me well someone called so we had to do what we had to do. Sounding a little fishy yet? After researching repo laws in my state I discovered they broke two laws in arizona. 1 being that my car was parked in a private parking garge in the complex I live in even though I aparantly got kicked out according to them. The gates clearly state PRIVATE PROPERTY, NO TRESPASSING, in arizona you are not allowed to break into a garage which they did and remove a vehicle it is considered my property and I pay for it. I spoke with apartment management and they said they never authorised anyone to go in there and if I didnt either that it was trespassing. They are also to provide police departments that the vehicle is under reposession and not stolen as to ensure that government officer rime is not consumed looking for a stolen vehicle that is not actually stolen. They never informed anyone. I am looking into a law suit at this time because I feel cheated and taken advantge of and lied to and what is to stop them from doing it all over again. I have had all of the problems listed above and I have had the vehicle for less than 3 and a half weeks. Be cautious of this financial institute I dont want to see this happen to anyone else. Caution
