Rick case inc. They sold me a motorcycle which was missing essential bolts

On 11/11 I purchased from Rick Case Honda Powerhouse a used 2008 Suzuki GSX-R 750, I understood it was used but assured by all the sales associates that for a motorcycle to even be on the showroom floor it must first pass a inspection of the motorcycle to ensure its up to RICK CASE HONDA standards. With that assurance I was sold on the process and I paid cash and took possession of my new main mode of transportation.

Fast forward to 02/20 I went to a local dealer ship in Miami instead of driving all the way out to Davie to get my
first oil change completed. 3 Minutes after the bike went in the service manager came to ask me to come see the
motorcycle. The GSX-R has 3 main bolts on the left and right side that essentially hold the motor to the frame of which
two front ones for both left and right were gone and or damaged beyond repair. The service manager proceeded to
advise me to take it back to the original dealer as this was un safe as is. They added a bolt for me where they could and the following day I took the bike back to Rick Case.

Upon arrival to Rick Case they began by calling me a liar that I had made an attempt to install some after market frame
sliders and along the way damaged the motorcycle myself. The fact is that I dont know anything about bikes beyond riding them and putting gas and at no point did I even like the esthetics of having frame sliders on the side of the motorcycles body. I do have are images from the day that I purchased the motorcycle showing there were holes on the side of the body where you can clearly see on the Rick Case Showroom something was missing on the motorcycle but since I am not a motorcycle mechanic I got taken advantage by Rick Case and now I have a $7,000.00 motorcycle that is not safe to ride. Upon review from the techs they re-affirmed that the damage to the frame and block is so bad there has to be major work done to the bike to make it safe. The Sales rep that helped me with the initial sale spoke to me in great detail that the motorcycle is safe as is, he raced for years and he has experience to know it was safe enough to drive, statements that made me doubt everything that is RICK CASE. After much time of just waiting around the assistant mangers tried to convince me that If I had purchased warranty I would not be going thru this mess.

And that sentence alone made me file this complaint. This means that Rick Case Honda sells motorcycles to clients that are unsafe then continue to make money off of the continued service and warranty issues that come up as time continues. They are selling unsafe motorcycles at top dollar costs knowing that if there are any issues there is no liability towards them as a company. I was the un knowing consumer and made a assumption that a large company like RICK CASE would take the measures to protect its clients and the facts remain that was simply not the case. They knowingly sold me a motorcycle that for months only had 4 out of 6 bolts that support the frame to the motor. I understand the dangers associated with being a Florida bike rider, the second I turn the ignition and start my day I know there are drivers everywhere trying to do everything but pay attention to driving so the risks are greater than can imagine, but I never thought the greater risk would be from RICK CASE selling a dangerous motorcycle that was missing major bolts from the very start.
