RMC Motorcycles are a ripoff

In Feburary I purchased a 2006 RMC motocycle from Gina's. The company who produces these motorcycle is the owner of Ginas Auto Sale of Monee IL. Jim Revell. Jim explained to me he wanted to keep the motorcycle for a few weeks to "WORK THE BUGS OUT"

Five weeks later the motorcycle was delivered with 200 miles on it and its first set of problems. The horn and electronics only work occasionally (no horn, dash goes out when riding and the tail lights do not work), there was a large oil leak from the front of the engine and it will not shift into neutral nor down shift unless you turn bike off.

I called Jim and was told by his Mechanic RICK to ride the bike and get 500 miles on it and they would go over everything and fix all problems and the trans problem is just like that because it is breaking in. Mile marker 240 and I was stranded on the side of road. Rick did come out and fix the problem the main wire to the battery had broken off due to being to short and who ever hooked the battery up stretched it till it was frayed and eventully broke. 500 miles and the bike is in for first service (oil change all fluids changed and fix all problems).

2 weeks later I pick bike up. The original oil filter is still on bike, the front engine oil leak is gone and the electronics seem to be ok. I ride across street to fill with gas and walk out of gas station and oil all over again. I had pick up bike late in evening (MY Fault) and they were closed and I could not return it. The ride home was bad again no tail lights or turn signals.

I returned the bike and was told the bike needed a new electronics box of some sort and that there is a special seal for any Motorcycle that has an open primary and they would order it and have it shipped overnight. 4 days later and I pick up bike it seems great as I check everything no leaks and all electronics work. I ride almost 100 miles that day and well the next morning another oil spot.

I go to GINA'S and have a sit down with mechanic Matt, Rick and owner Jim. Mat admits that they did not replace the seal with the special seal that is required on an open primary because they did not order them and on the previous times bike was in they did nothing but clean the oil up. Jim says "I AM GONNA FIRE THOSE GUYS" but that will not get bike fixed will it?

A week later I got bike back and no leak and the electronics seem ok until yesterday theoil leak is back but not as bad as before, the bike will not go into neutral and down shifts are so hard my feet hurt and the starter only engages on occassion other wise it just spins.

I was told by Ginas Mechanic that the OIL LEAK is a way of the bike marking its territory as far as other problems they do not know when they can get their truck to pick up the bike because you guessed it the truck again is down (GINAS advertises that they have delivery and pick up service) I have been able to use it twice and bike has been down 5 times since purchased the day they Deliver bike to home and the day there was so much oil I did not feel safe riding bike oH that was the day I pick the bike up after "EVERYTHING was FIXED"
