Jim sold me a 2000 Chevy Lumina in Sept. 2010. He lied about the age of the car and said it was a 2002. He claimed that he had completely rebuilt the engine and reconditioned the car. Since then, this car has required more than $1,000 in repairs and replacements, including a new starter, battery, thermostat, water pump, and tires. My time and money has been wasted on numerous trips to repair shops and auto supply stores. Frequent breakdowns have left me stranded and caused tremendous stress, not only when the breakdowns happen but also every day when I drive the car, constantly afraid of another breakdown and the resulting chaos of missed appointments and failed commitments. Do not do business with Jim Burrows or take advice from John Ackley.
