I came here in RI from other country to marry my fiance here in USA, my wedding is on Feb 18. My friend in CA sent me my wedding gown from UPS about Feb 5. I have been expecting my dream wedding gown. So since Feb 8, I paid every attention to my wedding gown package every day, and tracked the package everyday. Till Feb 13, my package finally arrived in RI! On Feb 13 evening my fiance notice there was a notice slip of paper pasted on our room door, and I ask what it was (I can’t understand English well), my fiance told me we had the news about wedding gown package and told me they would send me package very soon. But I was curious that why they did not knock the door to give me my package instead of just pasted a slip of notice paper on the door? I had been at home all the time. So I was waiting in the livingroom whole day on Feb 14 for the package but no anyone press the bell or knock the door or called me about package.
And Today (Feb 15) moring my fiance called UPS to ask about the package, but they told the package was in the truck returned to CA! I shock! I even can’t believe! They never tried to send me my package just a tip of notice and then return to sender! I can’t drive so I always in home and I knew my package would came so I did not go out. I never heard the door bell ring or a voice of door knocked. They even did not inform us to pick up by ourselves and just returned to sender. What a bad service! This is the most bad delivery I have never heard of and knew! I cried whole day, my dream wedding gown! My wedding! I am so disappointed about their service of UPS!
When my fiance called them this morning and told them this package is very important to us, it’s wedding gown for our wedding on Feb 18, but they even did not have the intent to figure out the package in active way! So I can’t receive my dream wedding gown before my wedding (Feb 18)! If they have a positive attitude to work it out, it’s very easy to do it, just call the truck driver to stop at any post office and to mail an overnight delivery!
I just know today the the slip of paper is called UPS Info Notice and it said the final Attempt! But before this notice we never saw other notice and never heard someone knock the door or press the bell. Why no 1st attempt and 2nd attempt, suddenly slip to the final attempt! I can’t understand the way their delivery!
