Unpaid claim for damage done by their insured driving on a suspended license

Claim Adjusters name Shirley Geraldo, Supervisor Pam Pedraro. Denied Claim.

Safeway Insured "Gregario Artega" caused a side inpact on the drivers side of my vechicle because he was driving Illegally in a turn lane after also driving in a Reversible lane on Stone Mountain Freeway in Stone Mountain.

He was given 2 Written Tickets for Failure to Obey Traffic Control Devices, and Driving on a suspened License.

I have reported them to the Insurance Commissioners Office who's comment to me was if you plan on having your car fixed anytime in the near future you will have to file it through your own insurance company.
Shame on our Insurance Commissioners office and shame on this company!
