I had a verbal and written agreement with this company about my moving from Castle Hayne, NC. We communicated by phone. They asked me for the inventory, i gave a list. Ten minutes later they contacted me asking if i have quotes from other companies, i said yes. I said 5200.00, that person asked me to give him my business for 5000.00. I said yes, we had a deal. He transferred me to another person to get my info and deposit. She emailed the contract, i signed and faxed it the next day. Two days before the pick up, they called me to ask if my inventory had changed, if i had things to add. I said i have no more to add. The 22nd of January, two young men came with a Pensky truck. The price was not the same. I made ten attempts to call them. Finally he answers and tells me the items weigh and took more room than they estimated. I told him that was not my problem. Finally Jay from Bindig tell me to pay him 6500.00 total. Also he used my credit card and charged me without my authorization.
