When i purchased a motorscooter for 10,000 fom this company, the finance department said I could cancel any of the extras that he sold me. I actually believed him. A month or so after the purchase, I had a heart attack and was no longer ablr to ride. It took me about 6 months to sell the bike at a 1500.00 loss, and whe I called the dealer to cancel this maintanence agreement I was first told it would take about a week. Whe I called after a week, I was told that i should read my contract because it was "NON CANCELABLE"
As shocked as i was, I tried to reach the owner of the company, which was impossible. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB only to find out the the company had a "F" rating due to simular complaints.
I paid $800.00 for this service policy which would cover any service needed in the future for the next 2 years, but even though it was sold to someone out of state, they still refuse to give me my money back. Ten service has to be done at their dealership and it was sold to someone that lives 1200 miles away. What a RIPOFF.
