First time at PEP BOYS the manager Marvin was very nice and polite, seemed very helpful, which prompt us to come back after an oil change, so I did... Urgh!
Well, my window would not roll-up (electric windows), bought the motor for them to put -in; however, they replaced the motor, but another part was needed. They got the wrong part, plus wanted another 188.00 for labor because the door panel have to be removed and replaced again. Manager Marvin adviced there was some oil leakage, all after waiting 5 hours.
Refused to pay the added labor and left! The window do work but it's off the track now, my locks do lock correctly. As for the oil leak, it did not leak before now! The engine is misfiring... Pepboys will never see me agian!!!
