I called to inquire a quoate about my very first appliance repair. I asked if she could better explain how their services worked and how it was different from another quote that I had received because this needed service was new to me and there were many costs involved. After her second explanation, and I still didn't understand her accent because the grammar was not clear, so I politely asked if she could explain again because I really didn't understand her, Her response was: 'I think you should jsut call Sears' and hung up on me! I called back to explain that the customer service overall determines where to go and she cut me off again and said 'I don't care, do whatever you want, I don't care. Have a nice day' and hung up? All I wanted was a quote, with an explanation of the quote, was that asking too much?
