I had purchased a set of HiD bulbs from the user: orangemika, on eBay back in October. The lights were installed and worked correctly for about a month. The lights then went defective, so under his warranty of 60 days I contacted him and he said return the lights for a full refund.
So I shipped the headlights back and my tracking number and insurance showed that he had received them in 3 days. I emailed him and asked what was going on as far as my refund, and heard nothing back. I then emailed him a total of 9 other times within the next two weeks and still heard nothing.
I know he was still on eBay because he was ansering other comments left on his feedback.
It has been over 2 months now with no contact, no refund, and eBay is basically washing their hands of the matter.
I have notified the police, BBB and Ic3 about this matter. I have his phone number, which could be faulty but eBay will not verify it, I have his personal email and his eBay email address. I have been emailing him once a day for the past two months trying to get my refund. Still nothing. If you have a similar situation like this please feel free to email me. I have a lawsuit that will be going through here shortly and the more people with issues against this guy the better!
