I take my car into the auto center to get inspected. I was well aware that i would fail due to my engine light being on so i ask can they give me an estimate of things needed to be done so i could pass inspection. I let them know that i knew what the codes were that my car was reading and what needed to be fix. They said they needed to do there own dionastic. They come back with a list of items averaging up to about 850 dollars so i agreed for them to do the work. After they supposed to had fix my car i pulled off the lot everything was fine, the next day the engine light came back on i then called them and made them aware. They gave me the run around for about a week when finally getting my car back to them they said it was a readiness code due to them changing the sensors. They said i needed to drive it some more okay fine. I waited another week let them know it still was on they gave me the run around for another week. They take my car then tell me do not worry about it assuring me that they would get the engine light off. After getting my money they performed an emmisson test on my car while the engine light was still present on the dash board and then tells me i failed. When i questioned him about it he tells me that i can get a waiver stating i can not pass inspection. He then hands me a paper with the codes of the same codes i been had from another shop who gave me a diognastic of what was wrong with my car. When i ask him why would he just take my money and not fix my car he told me my car is broken and its nothing i could do. Now it is three weeks later i have beeen trying to reach out to a district manager and they are telling me he is on vacation and there is no one i may speak to. This company has did this to many of people i think just most of them just dont think twice about it. I will not let them get away with robbing me of my money.
