Global Warranty
Scam! Do not Trust!

I bought a Pontiac Montana 2000 from a used car lot and gave them asking price all I wanted in return was a warranty of some kind. That's when I got Global Warranty's 6 months power train.

After 2 months of driving I got in touch with the dealer about the van and we called a rep. Gary Thompson. I drove back and he was there that day looking for money. We argued all of a sudden about the van and it's problem with them claiming first they have heard about it. Then gave his personal guaranty that they would do something about it.

2 weeks or so went by and nothing... So, the dealer told me to start calling head office as well. So, I did. And first they had heard about it... What a joke! So, I told them everything again... Then, they called back looking for an oil change receipt...? Ok, dug it up and gave it to the dealer to sent out with the info from the van once again.

Still nothing... Once we pressed the issues once again they asked for it to be torn apart on the floor to see... Leaving my family without a van to drive!!! So, a week later they told the dealer and not me, that they were not covering it and it's just past 6months and it was a per-existing condition...

So, $2000 more on the van and I'm not impressed!

Do Not use Global Warranty for Anything!!!
