I purchased an extended warranty from this company dealer services. For 5 years or 100000 miles.
The transmission went out 13 months and less than 20000 miles after i bought this warranty. Acording to ford, thetrannsmission is sealed and doesn't need serviceing for 150000 miles.
When i put in my claim they refused it. Because i was missing 2 or 3 oil change reciepts for the engine.
I think this is one of the worst scams i have seen.
