We bought a Mercedes car. We needed a credit. The seller, M. Bruno Fortuna, told us we would have a promotional rate (4.13%). But when we got to sign the contract the rate was 10.37%. To fool us the seller told us a lot of lies: you've got an extra insurance, I'll change the rate afterwards. He told us not to put a date on the proposition of contract so he could put the date he wanted on the paper to prevent us from cancelling the credit.
This Mr. Fortuna works for Techstar but he made us sign a contract with Mercedes Financement. He took advantage of us. We were weak: we were far from home with our 4 year old daughter, it was dark. We had just sold our old car to him: so we had no more car. One of our aunts had just deceased. We were not able to read the contract because M. Fortuna prevented us from seeing the whole of the sheet. Besides my wife has been attacked and couldn't work for 10 months. As to myself I had a problem with my eyes. We've got proof. It's a pity Mercedes car are sold by such crooks. Please help us we can't sleep and we think you don't want your brand to be dishonoured by those people.
