First off I asked prior to ordering if there merchandise was new or used and all I got was smart-Alec remark. Against my better judgement I ordered and got a used part. Nowhere on the site is that indicated.
And did I mention it toke about 3 weeks to get the item? They are located within this state for Pete's sake! I finally emailed them to see if they were still in business. Communication? Just pre-canned emails, they can't even take the time to write you a personal note.
Well to make a long story short, the remote never worked with my car so I returned to merchant and they charged me a 25% restocking fee! I'm currently looked at disputing with the credit card company.
Do yourself a BIG favor and DON'T order from these clowns.
