Ordered a 2000 Subaru keyless remote on June 29 and was sent the confirmation on the same day. I have not received the order as of July 15. When I tried to call, it went to the fax. I tried numerous emails and have not heard back from anyone. As I decided to look online for another company that sells remotes, I noticed the "complaint" and started reading all the complaints against Original Keyless. I only wished that I saw the report before submitting an order to them. What to do??? This is my first bad experience ordering online.
