I made the mistake of ordering a keyless remote from this company. It was ordered on April 16. They sent me an email on April 21 saying that it had been shipped, and they gave me a confirmation number. 2 weeks later, and I still had not recieved it, so I emailed them. They responded 3 days later, and said it had been shipped on 4/21/08, and that some packages take a long time to deliver. They said I needed to give it 21 days. So I did... And still nothing.
Yesterday they finally replied and said they would send me a "replacement", but that it would take at least 2 weeks, but I'm not holding my breath.
After googling "original keyless complaints", I realize that they do this to everyone. I have reported them to the BBB, the Attorney General's consumer complaints Dept, and to the USPS mail fraud divsion. I'm sure my credit card company will credit my account, but what a hassle! These people are crooks! I can't beleive they haven't been shut down, yet.
