WE visited NTB to possess our gas modified on 07/27, as well as in the procedure they broek the beginner. We went mention using the supervisor, he'd not take accountability but decided to purchase all service, we simply needed to purchase he beginner - without any additional options, we did and ammediatly contact the client service/criticism division... We eventually experienced connection with the brand new manager as of this location (becuase the manager on-duty when this occurred was no further as of this area) and submitted a person state/refund type and waited our 6-8 months for that reimbursement. We never received something, or did we actually notice anything back from NTB. We've bee in normal connection with the store-manager (another fresh man, because this placement has switched once again) and support supervisor and therefore are obtaining the run-around. For over 3 months today, we've been informed they could not find it, it was not authorized from the correct people, it expecting acceptance, they approached the guy tht must agree it, they're simply waiting to listen to again from him, its still awaiting approval in the middle man, etc. We're continuously calling, we've supplied extra copies of the state but still even today, 01/12, continue to be obtaining the run-around. It appears as though they're trying to pull this out so long as feasible hoping that people may simply fall it or overlook fundamentally.
