I had a reservation for a rental car in France (Versailles) for a mid-sized car for 4 passengers and we had 6 large pieces of luggage. When I arrived they did not hold the reservation and offered me a Picasso, that could not hold all the items. We were told they would not have the car. We went to Avis and paid double for a car. I asked Alamo if they would pay the difference or in any way help and they said that they would not. I had to pay much more than I had budgeted. I let Alamo
Know that I would never use them again, nor would my firm, or anyone that I could influence not to.
