My truck loan was bought by RGS Financial. We made arrangements with Robert H. To make monthly payments. We made sure we had it in writing.
After making the last payment with Robert H.By phone he said there were $30 still owed but that he would take care of it because he had told us the wrong amount.
It has now been several months (almost a year) and we have not heard from Robert or RGS and have not received our title to the truck.
This is becoming very frustrating... I thought this was a wonderful company until I completed my end of the bargain and here we are almost a year later and they have not help up theirs.
