My son rented a car at enterprise at north richland hills, tx for a week and added another week, we didn't purchase their insurance (that's why) because we use our insurance, the car was used just to take him to work and back home, it's even parked inside the garage. After his car was fixed, he returned the car in bedford, tx. The agent looked around and inspect the vehicle, they go inside and gave my son a receipt, they even dropped him off to his workplace. Then about after an hour, they called him, telling him that there is a scratch on the roof, and their filing for damage. They send $639.00 bill for the scratch that we didn't do, homestly, if we have scratched the car, why would we deny it, it's just a plain " RIP OFF ".
