Today was my 4th trip to the car wash and each time I had ordered the top service and on each of the previous 3 visits, I was told the vehicle was finished when paid services were not performed. One of the premium services in the top of the line service is tire bright and I also paid $3.00 additional for exterior trim treatment. I watched my truck being put through and they took my front mats out for cleaning, but brass spray containers were on each side and weren't used on each side. They had the speed of the conveyor cranked up as it was a busy day. When I checked out, I asked the cashier about the wheel brite and she confirmed they should have used the spray, so she told the outside supervisor and I was told he would personally take care of it.
I watched my car the full time in the drying area and they did the tire dressing, window washing and the drying but someone other than the supervisor did a quick wipe of the rims.
