Hired Transport Services in Florida to transport my car to Norfolk, Va.
Promised for over a week that they were looking for a driver from their fleet. Once they got a deposit they would not answer my calls. Or emails. Promissed pickup for 5 days... Still not picked up!
Told me it would be picked up yesterday, nope... Driver cancelled. Told me it would be picked up today, nope.
They are closed till jan 1st 2012.
People are rude and ugly after they get your money and will not refund it.
Bad mouth all the other transport co, just to get your business, then once they do. They keep putting you off because they don't have drivers wanting to work for them... So they use scare tacticts telling you other companys will let your car sit for months, and sometimes they loose them and are never found.
Please... Do not use transport services in boca raton, florida.
You will be very sorry.
