On dec 11 transport services stan, contacted me and said they are not brokers and do not have contracts, also that they could deliver the vech in 3 days. I gave stan the debit card info and he said it would be only reqire 100.00 for his services, then pay 450.00 at the door, when the vehicle is delivered, on dec 14 i contacted stan and he told me that they have a driver and that they will be in contact when the vehicle is gonna be picked up the very next day.
On dec 15, i called stan again and he told me, it was out of his hands and the dispatch office was handling it and that i should speak to jessica. On that very day i spoke to jessica and she said the vehicle will be picked up on the dec 16, they have a driver, on dec 18 i called jessica again and she said the driver had a problem that they were working on getting another driver, everyday i called jessica and was told that they had a driver on dec 19, I spoke to dispatch office and requested to refund my money cause i was not happy with the service, and again they said the same thing, that they have a driver. I told the gentelman at the dispatch office that i want to get a refund and he said that i have to wait the 10 days complete. So in between all this calling i was also emailing them, and again the same story, "that they have a driver. On dec 25 i emailed the company and requested money refund and i was not happy with their service. On dec 27 i emailed again about the refund because now its pass 10 days and still no vehicle was transported. Dispatch office said we cannot get a refund because i had to send a cancelation letter and its pass 10 days and also that they have a driver. Omg i just felt so betrayed and misled by this company. So on dec 27 i sent them a cancelation letter through email, and dispatch office said they will not refund the money, they also emailed me the drivers cell number "who is suppose to pick up the vehicle on dec 28. I called the truck driver and explained the situation to him and by then i had already picked up my vech from georgia to nyc so that there was no reason for the truck driver to drive out to georgia because there was no vehicle on site, to his surprise he thanked me for calling him, cause transport services still had him going out to georgia to pick up the vehicle, so he thanked me for telling him the truth.
In all i am very discusted with this company and i would never recommend this company to anyone and i would advise for people to look into transport services, they are a bunch of liars and theives.
