Brake Check
Takes advantage of their Customers and Employees

I'm sure many automotive repair companies "take advantage" of their customers and Employees but Brake Check takes the cake. This company hires Management that knows nothing about vehicle repair. The way management gets hired is based on a profile test. That's about it. So basically you too can "tell" people what they need or do not need just because you can take a personality test. Does that instill confidence if the fact when they call you every hour or so saying it's going to be another $500? I didn't think so. This company scams people every day. Does a brake job really need to cost $450 off the bat? No! Brake Check's lifetime warranties are a joke! All you have to do is pay labor but you're still going to pay at least 200 bucks. I ask everyone to stay away from Brake Check. How do you think they have the money to expand the way they do? Thanks to customer like you paying $250 for a rotor that cost $15 dollars that's how. There are companies out there that will give you a good price for the work. You have to look, call around and get second and third opinions, that's how. Brake Check loves to overwork their management! Did you know the average Brake Check manager works 60 - 75 hours a week with 1 day off? For their hard work guess what they get? They make on average $350 - $400 a week. That is except for a few store directors that make well over $100,000 a year. Sounds fair doesn't it? Your hard earned money is going to a company who enjoys the practice of "disposable employees". A disposable employee is someone who you pay nothing to and drive them into the ground so they are at the point of exhaustion. These are the people who are telling you your car needs $1000 brake job.

Thank you for listening!
