I took my 2003 toyota camry to Brake Check in San Marcos Tx with a complaint of a shimmy when the brakes were applied, $316.90 later the shimmy was still there and now the brake pedal went almost to the floor when applying the brakes so I took the car back the next day and was told everything was fine but they might have to replace the master cylinder which could cost $300 to $500. More decided to get second opinion took the car to Toyota dealership and they replaced the pads and added anti shim kit things problem fixed. I have contacted brake check repeatedly and was told they would refund $86. Oo. Please be aware of the dishonest and terrible workmanship of Brake Check in San Marcos, Texas
