I purchased a set of tires for my Honda from the Tires Plus Norcross, GA location because it was closest to my job. Unfortunately, the two times I've needed to utilized my free tire rotation or road hazard I've had to go to the location closest to my home which is the Stockbridge, GA location. Each time I have gone to the Stockbridge location, I have had a terrible experience. The first time being about a year ago when I went in solely for a tire rotation. Before leaving, I was told I needed fluids flushed and a new cerpatene belt. Both in which I declined and took my vehicle for a second opinion. The second mechanic said I still has at least 6 months on the belt and fluids were fine.
Today (12/26) I went to the Stockbridge location again and explained to Mr Patel that I had a nail in my tire and another mechanic was going to repair it, but I chose to utilize the Tires Plus Road Hazard Warranty that I paid $60 for when purchasing my tires from them instead.
