Back on october 31, i went to the bridgeton, mo location and it was the last day they were running a promotion for their buy one and get one free on tires. I had always taken advantage of this sale in the past, so i am a faithful costumer. Recently i discovered by the dealership that i was taken advantage of when they sold me the aspen touring tires at $114.99 #tn27521557v each tire, which also required purchasing the road hazard plus lifetime wheel balance and rotation. These tires are one directional tires, which was done on order# 36115262 against inv #63318075; which has a 60,000 mile warranty. The warranty will be null and void long before i get to the 60,000 miles because i can never get these rotatedsince they are only going one direction, which puts more wear on them. This was never stated to me and i believed i was getting a really good deal. It is pure fraud and the public should be made aware of this. I will tweet, facebook, channel two media and exploit them for how they are doing the public. These are tough times, i am a single mom now i am forced to try and buy two new tires, because i have junk on my car. The dealership sold me two firestone tires with stems for $135.00 a piece and with the stems brought the total to $143.00 per tire plus installation.
