The test run indicated that there were 11 records available to use. I thought, "great, just what I was looking for." When I entered my card information - nothing at all came up. No report at all. I read the terms of the agreement and understood that I could simply cancel the subscription before the end of the trial period if not satisfied.
SInce I received no report, I obviously was not satisfied. I attempted to contact the business at 888-613-1485. For a week, each time I called all I got was crappy music followed by a hang up.
I finally got through today, after they charged my credit card, and they said they were having "technical difficulties" and to call back in 5 minutes. The person stated that there was nothing they could do to help me until the "technical difficulties" resolved. So, I called in 5 minutes - and once again no response.
I upheld my end of the agreement. And when I wasn't satasfied, I was unable to get through using the only method provided to cancel the subscription. That is a rip-off
