Would not allow me to cancel trial membership ripoff Internert

I attempted to cancel a three day trial membership to One-Verify.com. I needed to cancel within three days to avoid a $39.95 monthly charge.

I've tried to access the cancellation center through One Verify, through PayCom's site, and through their link "billingsupport".
Each time my browsers, both AOL and Microsoft Explorer, gave the usual error reports "unable to access web site, might be technical difficulties". I've checked all my security settings, I've e-mailed One-Verify, and I'm being charged $39.95 for a subscription that I do not want.

My only recourse now is to cancel my credit card that they have.
