My experience started out perfectly. I got a good deal on a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee, it was easy, I was happy. Then, after driving it over 2000 miles, It starts over heating, transmission acts up. I take it to a Jeep dealership and fiind out that when carmax serviced my Jeep, they forgot to replace the oil AND transmission fluids!!! No leaks were found, they simply didn't replace the fluids! Carmax refuses to admit fault and now won't even return calls or emails.
I'm absolutely stunned that a company the size of carmax would act like this. I've been back to Jeep 3 times now as they try to repair the damaged transmission. I'm sure I've also suffered engine damage that will surface later. I'm extremely disappointed and will encourage friend and foe alike to stay away from this company, pathetic, absolutely PATHETIC customer service. I was completely ripped off!
