I bought a used Toyota 2005 Prius from Earnhardt Toyota at Mesa, Arizona. They charged me $699 for security-system, they claim they currently deploy in most of the automobile. Fourteen days later I attempt to search for the security-system within the vehicle, it's no-where found, required it back to Earnhardt Toyota, they stated they'll do the installation for me personally today, but I WOn't place it in.
I'd like my cash back. They stated they can’t provide me money-back, since it has already been in my own agreement (payment per month.) That’s bull. So that they charged me on that for nothing. I don’t understand how many clients got billed for that same cause, but that’s rip-off, scam, and sales agents at Earnhardt Toyota were rude.
I'll state that they're two-face cash suckers, they'll be good when you're likely to purchase anything, but once you created the bought they don’t take care of you at-all
Earnhardt Toyota is just a poor dealer. I'll inform my buddies to not purchase another automobile from Earnhardt Toyota again. That aren’t no-bulls. Right…
I expected to consult with the store-manager or boss, my purchase guy Troy Maxwell states he may be the one responsible for the entire Earnhardt Toyota dealer. After I requested for his business-card, his name is just a client adviser….
